I first became a Visiting Researcher in the Language & Brain Lab in 2018-2019 when I conducted an eye-tracking study on processing German-English translingual lexical items.
I completed my doctoral dissertation on “Translanguaging and the Bilingual Brain” at Heidelberg University in 2020, and I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cologne in the English Department.
As of September 2021, I am collaborating with Professor Martin Maiden and Dr Chiara Cappellaro on a research project about morphomic patterns in Romance languages. Within the project, I am mainly responsible for the experiment design and data analysis.
My other research interests include morphological processing in bilingual speakers and combining psycholinguistic approaches with corpus/computational methodology.
