On 10 April, Isabella Fritz, together with colleagues from the Language & Brain Lab, organised a workshop for English language teachers focusing on pronunciation teaching. The event aimed to bridge experimental and theoretical research in linguistics with classroom practice, providing participants with insights into current research and its practical applications.
The workshop covered topics including how the brain learns and processes a foreign language, as well as key aspects of English phonology from a theoretical perspective.
The workshop was funded by the John Fell Fund.
