On Friday 24th February 2017, the Faculty of Linguistics, Philology and Phonetics was delighted to hold an inaugural celebration for Prof. Aditi Lahiri's second major ERC project "MORPHON: Resolving Morpho-Phonological Alternation: Historical, Neurolinguistic, and Computational approaches".
Two very distinguished guest speakers, Prof. Paul Kiparsky from Stanford University and Prof. Pim Levelt from the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguists in Nijmegen, each gave a celebratory lecture.

Following the lectures, a reception was held providing the opportunity to meet colleagues and friends in a congenial atmosphere and enjoy the vibrancy of Oxford's Linguistics community. The event took place in the Flora Anderson Room in Somerville College.
Prior to this event, on the evening of Thursday 23rd February 2017, a number of friends and colleagues were pleased to join Prof. Aditi Lahiri in the Reading Room at Somerville College for a special dinner to celebrate her achievements and winning this second major ERC project award.
